Onboarding addresses program scope, developmental levels, instructor readiness, prepared environment, instruments and materials, scheduling, family communication, implementation roles, observation expectations, launch procedures, and initial support needs. The goal is to establish a clear and sustainable Montessori Violin environment while preserving the developmental and pedagogical principles of the program. Curriculum purchases, instructor professional training, certification assessment, physical materials, and ongoing annual site authorization or support are separate unless specifically included in a written school agreement.
