Because Montessori Violin curriculum products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

If a duplicate purchase, incorrect charge, or other order problem occurs, please contact us promptly so we can review it.
Professional services, consultations, onboarding, practicum support, assessment, certification-related services, and other time-based offerings may be subject to separate scheduling, cancellation, or refund terms stated with the service.
