Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically. After successful payment, customers receive access to the purchased files through the order confirmation and/or download email provided by the store.
No physical shipping is required for digital curriculum products.
Professional Services
Consultation, onboarding, practicum support, assessment, certification-related services, and other time-based offerings are delivered separately according to the description of the service purchased. Scheduling or follow-up instructions will be provided after purchase when applicable.
Payments
